Education for Tomorrow, Faith for a Lifetime.
Hello! My name is Endrieka Randolph. I am a graduate of Western Governors University with a BA in Elementary Education K-6.
As a 5th grade teacher, I believe that education extends beyond academics to nurture the whole child. My pedagogy is rooted in encouraging students to become life-long learners who are curious, resilient, and compassionate. I am committed to fostering growth not only in intellectual pursuits but also in social, emotional, cultural, and spiritual dimensions of learning.
I strive to model a love of learning in my classroom, where curiosity is welcomed, questions are valued, and effort is celebrated. Students are encouraged to view challenges as opportunities for growth and to recognize that learning is a continuous journey that extends far beyond the classroom walls.
Central to my teaching is the development of social and emotional skills. By creating a safe and inclusive environment, I empower students to express themselves respectfully, collaborate effectively, and build empathy. Practices such as reflective journaling, class meetings, and group problem-solving help students strengthen self-awareness, resilience, and interpersonal skills.
I honor the cultural and spiritual identities of my students by integrating diverse voices, traditions, and perspectives into the curriculum. This approach not only enriches learning but also nurtures a sense of belonging, respect for diversity, and moral reflection. Students are guided to make ethical choices and to appreciate the unique contributions of others.
Family engagement is an essential part of my pedagogy. I value strong school-family partnerships and invite families to share their stories, traditions, and perspectives in our classroom community. By maintaining open communication and collaboration, I help strengthen the bond between home and school, modeling for students the importance of supportive relationships and community building.
Through this holistic approach, I am dedicated to guiding students toward academic excellence, personal growth, and a lifelong commitment to learning. My ultimate goal is to help them develop the knowledge, skills, and character needed to contribute meaningfully to their communities and to the wider world.
