How to Log Service Duty Hours - Please read!!

Parents/legal guardians are solely responsible for tracking and reporting their volunteer hours using this Google Form. We recommend that you submit volunteer hours within two weeks of the volunteer event.

If a volunteer event has a physical sign in sheet, you still need to submit your hours using this Google Form. If you sign in at the front office for an event, you still need to submit your volunteer hours using this Google Form. Physical sign-in sheets will be turned in to the front office and used for verification and auditing purposes.

All required volunteer hours for the school year must be completed by May 22nd. As a checkpoint, half of all volunteer hours should be completed by February.

Failure to complete the required number of volunteer hours will result in a $15 fee for each unfulfilled hour. Financial obligations will be enforced the last week of school.
